After 12 years of providing professional painting services in the area, I’m expanding under a new name: Clean Slate Property Services.
While the name is new, the experience is not.
In addition to painting, I now offer structured house clean-outs and property transition services for families, realtors, executors, and banks.
Through my experience working in and around landfill operations, I understand proper disposal, recycling, and responsible diversion. Whenever possible, items are donated, recycled, or handled appropriately to reduce what goes into the landfill.
Whether managing an estate, preparing a property for sale, handling foreclosure situations, or coordinating from out of town, I provide organized, accountable, hands-on support from start to finish.
